Classic Circuits

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, like high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It targets strength building and muscular endurance. But with circuits you move between stations.

HIIT

Made famous by the brilliant Joe Wicks, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focuses on short very intense bursts of exercise, where you work to the limit of your fitness. For example, you may do five exercises per round, four rounds of 30 seconds intense exercise then 20 seconds of rest. The calorie burn in a HIIT workout is brilliant and can lead to a higher metabolic rate for a while after you finish exercising.

Aquafit

Spinning

Spinning is a low impact exercise that is easy on the joints. Like running, spinning is a great cardiovascular workout.
